Associate Engagement Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead the deployment and maintenance of the One hirify.global Way Operating System, including visualization, performance reviews, problem-solving, and standardization.
• Drive the use of rally rooms, operating boards, PDCA, and A3 methods to support continuous improvement.
• Provide process expertise, analyze complex issues, and coach and facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with business area leadership, shared services, and the One Way office.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and communicate progress to stakeholders from frontline employees through senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and savings implications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least five years of related business experience.
• Experience in change management and/or program or project management.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate with varied audiences, and analyze ambiguous or complex business scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others in diverse, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and understand core business processes and industry trends.

Nice to have

• Gas or electric utility industry experience.
• MBA, industrial engineering background, or related certification.
• Business process management, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or data management skills.
• Internal or external consulting experience facilitating improvement and transformation initiatives.
