Network Operations Process Improvement Undergraduate Summer Intern

Location: Remote, applicants must be located within North Carolina, United States.

Salary: $18.00–$26.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Learn about processes and functions within the managed care industry while contributing to business-supporting projects.
• Gather and analyze data, map and document processes, and conduct research and root cause analysis.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, simplify workflows, reduce operational risk, and increase productivity.
• Support cross-functional projects and implementation efforts.
• Attend training and development presentations and comply with organizational policies and standards.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with Excel formulas, Power BI, building automations, SQL, and project management is preferred.
