Building Maintenance Technician III (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Parker, Colorado, United States. The role may require driving between stores and working in warehouse, manufacturing, and outdoor conditions.

Salary: $27.00–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, safety, waste management, and other facility systems.
• Maintain food manufacturing equipment, processing and packaging equipment, conveyor systems, powered industrial trucks, and fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose complex equipment and facility issues, troubleshoot failures, and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime, waste, and cost.
• Maintain accurate asset, maintenance, inspection, checklist, cleaning, and sanitation documentation.
• Coordinate with site leadership, Quality Assurance, landlords, vendors, and maintenance partners.
• Promote safe equipment operation, train employees as needed, and comply with cGMP, SQF, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a similar manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, safety, conveyor, and food manufacturing systems.
• Powered Industrial Truck operations and maintenance knowledge.
• Fabrication and welding skills, plus the ability to read owner's manuals, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Ability to use spreadsheets and databases to plan and track work, communicate effectively, and work with limited supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required; ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and frequently stand, climb, bend, and walk.

Nice to have

• Good Manufacturing Practices certification.
• Experience with fleet vehicles, project management, or vendor management.
• Electrician license.
