Microsoft Customer Engagement Consulting Intern - Summer 2027 (D365)

Location: Philadelphia, United States; travel is required.

What you will do

• Support full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations across Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, PSA, and Marketing applications.
• Participate in client requirements-gathering sessions and perform business analyst activities.
• Assist with solution design documentation and hands-on application configuration.
• Work with clients to validate solutions, test system enhancements, and document results.
• Assist with customer training and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, team members, vendors, and project stakeholders using Agile and Microsoft Sure Step methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 90 credit hours completed.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related business field.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, build client relationships, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Hands-on work experience in a team environment.
• Experience with Scribe.
• Desire to learn and grow.
