Product Implementation Internship - Summer 2027

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; hybrid work arrangement with regular attendance 2–3 days per week at a hirify.global office or client sites. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.

What you will do

• Learn the architecture, functionality, and use cases of Concur or EMRConnect.
• Support requirements gathering, data mapping, extract coordination, and implementation kickoff activities.
• Assist with product configuration, unit testing, application testing, and preparation for User Acceptance Testing.
• Participate in product demonstrations, training sessions, client meetings, and onboarding activities.
• Prepare client documentation and training materials while acting as a liaison between clients, finance teams, and developers.
• Contribute to internship capstone projects and feedback initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
• Above-average academic performance; a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build professional business relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality work.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
