Strategy Intern

Location: Monroe, Michigan, United States; hybrid work model with the ability to work remotely two days per week

hirify.global is a residential furniture producer and retailer with manufacturing, distribution, and furniture gallery operations across the United States, Canada, and global markets.

What you will do

• Support the Strategy Department with projects related to business strategy.
• Gain hands-on experience with hirify.global’s business strategy, processes, and broader corporate operations.
• Collaborate with fellow interns and employees across the organization.
• Interact regularly with senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.
• Present internship accomplishments and feedback to leaders and other interns at the end of the season.
• Travel when required for the role.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program focused on Business, with 2–3 years completed.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet driver qualification requirements if driving is required.
