Strategy Intern

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and must not require current or future sponsorship

Salary: $32–$36 per hour for US candidates

What you will do

• Conduct market, competitive, and strategic research for hirify.global Consumer Print.
• Evaluate market-entry opportunities, growth areas, consumer behavior, and macroeconomic trends.
• Assess emerging technologies and future innovation opportunities.
• Build structured analyses and financial or market models in Excel.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and strategy deliverables.
• Synthesize findings into recommendations and present conclusions to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA and enrolled full time at an accredited university.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• No more than 24 months of professionally related prior work experience, excluding internships, teaching assistance, research work, and military experience.
• Must be able to obtain US work authorization in 2027 and must not require sponsorship in the future; CPT and OPT sponsorship assistance is not provided.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, structured problem-solving, and hypothesis-driven thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or market analysis.
• Knowledge of market sizing, competitive assessments, and business-case development.
• Familiarity with consumer technology, printing, or related markets.
• Experience creating consulting-style presentations and executive deliverables.
