SAP Asset Management Solution Architect

hirify.global is an energy company seeking architecture leadership for its Digital Core Asset Management domain.

What you will do

• Lead architecture and design governance for SAP Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Intelligent Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, Master Data Governance, mobility, scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
• Guide SAP EAM processes covering technical objects, maintenance work management, planning and scheduling, inspection and compliance, and resource and cost management.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and clean-core solutions.
• Guide Design Architects and delivery teams, review solution designs, and support architecture assurance, governance, roadmap, release, and architecture board activities.
• Review integrations between SAP and platforms including Azure Data Lake, SAP Business Technology Platform, API Management, Prometheus, Documentum, GIS, Master Data Governance, and external integrity systems.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, backlog prioritization, enterprise design alignment, and resolution of infrastructure, integration, and application issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology, engineering, or business field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing or governing enterprise SAP Asset Management solutions and SAP EAM processes.
• Experience with SAP integrations, enterprise applications, APIs, data solutions, and stakeholder requirements analysis.
• Experience providing technical leadership to architecture, design, and delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, clean-core practices, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with oil and gas or another asset-intensive industry.
• Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, Master Data Governance, SAP Business Technology Platform, Prometheus, SAP Analytics Cloud, Azure Data Lake, or related platforms.
• Experience with architecture assurance reviews, roadmap planning, release governance, architecture boards, enterprise design standards, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Relevant SAP, enterprise architecture, or cloud certifications.
