Solution Architect

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the hirify.global Enterprises facility

Annual base salary: $170,000–$185,000, plus a discretionary bonus and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Create three-year strategic functional and technical roadmaps for Sales & Marketing and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Design enterprise solutions across business processes, applications, platforms, data, infrastructure, security, and integrations.
• Develop reference architectures, architectural diagrams, data-flow diagrams, wireframes, implementation guidelines, and development standards.
• Define business cases, execution sequencing, demand plans, budgets, resource plans, testing plans, and user-training strategies.
• Directly manage Sales & Marketing plan and build teams, including recruiting, development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, IT Engineering, Infrastructure, Information Security, sourcing, vendors, business leaders, and COE teams; provide hypercare and escalation-based L4 support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience supporting assigned business processes.
• 7+ years of Solution Architecture experience designing enterprise-level solutions across process, technology, people, and data perspectives.
• 5+ years designing within established Enterprise Architecture guidelines and principles, new IT business services, enterprise integrations, and business processes.
• 5+ years of solution engineering, project management exposure, CPG manufacturing, and experience with the relevant technology stack.
• Excellent communication, change management, collaboration, strategic thinking, judgment, and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
