Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Vienna, VA, United States (Hybrid); Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Office location: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $110,500–$141,600 annually.

What you will do

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify business performance insights.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and business intelligence solutions.
• Produce KPI reporting, root-cause analyses, forecasts, and recommendations for improving operations and evaluating business initiatives.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, leadership, and nontechnical audiences.
• Create report and analysis specifications, deliver reporting solutions, and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts and lead small projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with business intelligence applications, cloud services, and reporting capabilities in ERP, CRM, or database software.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and complex data manipulation across multiple tables.
• Experience with data integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis tools or programming languages such as Python and R.
• Ability to communicate data analysis and visualizations to senior and nontechnical audiences.
• United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
