Program Manager III, Network Quality (Healthcare Operations)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite per week at the DFCI-Foxborough regional campus and time at other regional campuses in Massachusetts.

Salary: $108,280–$118,915 per year

What you will do

• Lead high-priority quality, patient safety, service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement programs across regional campuses.
• Manage measurement, performance analysis, action planning, oversight, and process improvement activities.
• Coordinate communication, reporting, education, onboarding, and integration of new regional programs.
• Support connectivity between regional, Longwood, and Chestnut Hill campuses and collaborate with host hospitals.
• Engage senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to align program objectives and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Develop strategic plans, maintain program documentation, and support research, pilots, and future healthcare delivery initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare, or a related field.
• Seven years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility, including at least four years in program management or comparable roles.
• Extensive program management experience with a record of accomplishments.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in advanced project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex organizational dynamics, interpret data, and drive change.

Nice to have

• Project or program management certification such as PgMP or PMP.
