What you will do
- Oversee site-wide ICQA activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, and projects.
- Ensure consistent use of standard operating procedures, KPI tracking, and corrective-action processes.
- Review operational data to identify trends, high-risk areas, performance drift, and workload-planning needs.
- Conduct performance reviews with the ICQA Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
- Manage and develop ICQA Leads and Associates while building a culture of accuracy and proactive problem-solving.
- Support root-cause analysis, CAPA implementation, audit responses, and inventory-related escalations.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience with warehouse management or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
- Previous leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, mathematical, clerical, and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy under pressure, and build effective working relationships.
- Ability to transport up to 20 lbs. and use relevant material-handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Ability to work in a distribution-center environment, including varying heights, temperatures, and consistent moderate noise, with occasional overtime, evening, and weekend work.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain/logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Process-improvement experience, including Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
