Materials Master Scheduler (Automotive)

What you will do

• Maintain ERP materials data, including item masters, bills of material, ship-to locations, and inventory parameters.
• Create daily production schedules and record production output in the ERP system.
• Communicate customer demand variations, plant-wide volume changes, and customer delivery information.
• Coordinate daily MRP runs and supplier schedule outputs as the primary materials contact.
• Track inventory inaccuracies, premium freight events, customer delivery ratings, and recovery packages.
• Lead BOM teardowns and coordinate the communication, tracking, and implementation of engineering changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor-level degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience, preferably in an automotive environment.
• Consistent employment record, good attendance, and ability to adapt to a participative work environment.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with appropriate software programs.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, blueprints, procedure manuals, and written or oral instructions.
• Ability to prepare routine reports, correspondence, and visual communication aids.
