Digital Business Systems Consulting Senior Manager (ERP)

Location: Greenville, SC, United States; hybrid

Professional services firm providing tax, assurance, accounting, and consulting services to clients.

What you will do

• Assess clients’ business systems across people, processes, and technology, and prepare findings and analysis reports.
• Evaluate ERP systems and third-party applications, supporting system implementations and restructuring projects.
• Analyze transactional flows, correct errors, and configure complex reporting requirements.
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, change orders, implementations, and client billing.
• Develop proposals, engagement letters, client relationships, and new business opportunities.
• Supervise project staff, review deliverables, provide feedback, and maintain quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as a senior-level leader.
• ERP implementation experience, project management experience, and experience managing implementation teams.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including financial statements, inventory processes, general ledger accounting, and manufacturing inventory structures.
• Experience evaluating processes, managing project budgets and timelines, and working with third-party business applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, Excel, business development, and client-facing skills.

Nice to have

• Prior professional services experience.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems.
