What you will do

• Drive enterprise integration and alignment of business processes, data, systems, reports, and workflows.
• Design technical solutions, business rules, and process enhancements for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead process analysis, testing coordination, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and implementation support.
• Manage demand prioritization, requirements gathering, business cases, and solution validation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as a solution designer and project lead.
• Develop training, communication, and change-adoption materials for new implementations and process updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of related business-area or industry experience, or experience using and implementing SAP, ERP, or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Deep knowledge of enabling business process solutions through technology.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, including the ability to assess complex business scenarios.
• Experience in leadership, change management, program or project management, and integrating new technology and process solutions.
• Proven ability to gain cross-functional consensus on strategic and portfolio management initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4.
• Experience with Coupa Source to Pay.
