Business Systems Administrator III (Acumatica ERP)

hirify.global is partnering with an electronic manufacturing industry organization to support its Acumatica ERP environment.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional and technical resource for the Acumatica ERP platform.
• Troubleshoot system incidents and user requests across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
• Configure and customize screens, workflows, inquiries, dashboards, reports, business events, automation schedules, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OData services, database connections, and batch processes.
• Support manufacturing processes including bills of material, production orders, MRP, inventory transactions, costing, and shop floor data collection.
• Lead testing, upgrades, release validation, documentation, user training, and medium to large ERP projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and training.
• At least 7 years of experience supporting business systems, enterprise applications, or ERP platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or implementing a modern ERP solution; hands-on Acumatica experience in manufacturing or distribution is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Acumatica integrations, REST APIs, OData, web services, or database integrations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, and operations processes.
• Experience with application security, testing methodologies, ERP upgrades, requirements analysis, technical documentation, troubleshooting, project leadership, and mentoring.
