Warehouse Lead

Location: Tigard, Oregon, United States; Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with possible alternate schedules to meet production goals.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, picking, inventory, and material distribution activities.
• Coordinate receiving operations to meet daily customer demand and process purchase orders and customer returns.
• Lead daily management meetings and support employees with technical, process, and work-technique issues.
• Verify compliance with quality, safety, warehouse, and equipment procedures.
• Oversee cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure materials and equipment are ready for ongoing operations.
• Promote Lean thinking, 6S discipline, continuous improvement, problem solving, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related work experience; internal candidates must be at least a Production Operator II.
• Must be able to work the Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in Tigard, Oregon.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified at hirify.global within 3 months.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, understand part numbering systems, and adjust work pace to daily demand.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and strong problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with warehouse technology such as CRM, Infor LN, and Cogiscan is preferred.
