What you will do

  • Create and maintain production schedules aligned with materials, resources, labor, production goals, and deadlines.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays and operational issues.
  • Coordinate production activities with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.
  • Use ERP and MRP systems to manage schedules and inventory levels.
  • Analyze production data and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support production planning policies, troubleshooting, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, purchasing best practices, and demand scheduling tools.
  • Skilled use of ERP, MRP, and Excel, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, resource allocation, and quality management standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or CIS.
  • APICS certification.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, MS Project, Power BI, or Tableau.
