Senior Client Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote within the USA, California

Salary: $73,900–$98,500 annually

What you will do

• Support clients proactively by identifying and addressing implementation needs.
• Work with management and internal teams to develop configurations aligned with business and client processes.
• Develop and deliver client training, education, orientations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate online meetings, presentations, project timelines, status updates, and stakeholder discussions.
• Document SOPs, process workflows, statistical data, project information, and implementation materials.
• Identify trends, share customer insights, and recommend solutions to management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data management skills.
• Strong customer service, written and oral communication, interviewing, questioning, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of general business, production, or operations environments and cost-benefit awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
