Vision Center Manager L3 (Optical)

Location: Onsite at 909 E Wishkah St, Aberdeen, WA 98520, United States

Salary: $30.50–$43.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of customer and community needs.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign, and recognize Vision Center Associates while building an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
• Provide quality eyewear services, including customer consultations, product selection, measurements, prescription verification, minor frame repair, and optical equipment maintenance.
• Resolve customer and associate concerns, uphold the Open Door Policy, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements through safety, asset protection, quality assurance, confidentiality, and operational controls.
• Implement business initiatives, measure results, identify improvement opportunities, and promote continuous learning.

Requirements

• Completion of two or more years of college, or one year of retail experience plus one year of supervisory experience, or two years of general work experience including one year of optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable Washington state laws, regulations, and rules.
• Ability to supervise and develop associates, support customer service, and maintain compliance with operational standards.
