Assistant Store Visual Manager (Scottsdale New Store Opening)

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; onsite at the Fashion Square Community Hub

Base salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global annual bonus program.

What you will do

• Support the initial setup and launch of the Scottsdale Community Hub.
• Execute visual merchandising planograms, brand standards, decal and light box installations, mannequin styling, cleanliness, and store organization.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, customer service, and the hirify.global product story.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, performance management, and team development in partnership with store leadership.
• Manage inventory replenishment and accuracy, unpacking boxes weighing approximately 5–30 lbs as needed, and communicate product needs and safety issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience.
• At least 2 years of visual merchandising management experience in high-volume retail.
• Proven retail management, leadership, team-building, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Action-oriented, results-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to work on Black Friday and through the holiday season as defined annually.
