Executive Campus Director (Nursing Education)

Location: Stockbridge, GA, USA

Salary: $140,000–$210,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead overall campus operations, performance, culture, growth, and student success.
• Own campus P&L, budgeting, labor planning, staffing, and operational KPIs.
• Improve student persistence, progression, graduation, satisfaction, NPS, and NCLEX outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop faculty and staff while strengthening accountability and performance management.
• Ensure accreditation, regulatory, safety, audit, and risk-management requirements are met.
• Build relationships with clinical sites, community partners, employers, and local stakeholders to support reputation, clinical placements, and enrollment growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-site operations, healthcare services, professional services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience owning revenue, P&L, staffing models, budgets, and operational performance.
• Track record of improving financial results, customer or student experience, throughput, quality, or retention.
• Experience developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and managing diverse talent.
• Background in compliance, audits, regulatory frameworks, accreditation-like environments, local marketing, community relations, or external partnerships.
