Market President, Primary Care (Healthcare)

Location: The Villages, Florida, United States; travel between centers is required

Salary: $223,800–$313,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Lead operations across multiple senior-focused primary care centers within an assigned market.
• Own market P&L performance, membership growth and retention, clinic margins, and value-based care initiatives.
• Develop relationships with health plans, brokers, hospitals, community partners, and specialty networks.
• Monitor KPIs, scorecards, utilization, HCC coding, NPS, patient access, referrals, and quality-gap closure.
• Manage operational staff, recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
• Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical leaders on strategy, budgeting, performance, access, and unified decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a large, complex, integrated healthcare or payer setting.
• 5+ years of management experience in clinical care or a related field, including results in a full-risk value-based care environment.
• Experience with clinical operations, financial management, P&L responsibility, healthcare regulations, compliance, and managed care.
• Understanding of EMR systems, analytical processes, NPS, and relevant software tools.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between centers.

• Master’s degree in health services or business administration.
• Business development or experience building out healthcare markets.
• Expertise in market forces and relationships involving hospitals, practitioners, and third-party payers.
