TL;DR
Application Analyst II (Microsoft 365): Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting collaboration and productivity applications, including low-code and no-code workflow solutions, with an accent on business analysis, application lifecycle management, and operational support. Focus on building workflow automations, coordinating integrations and UAT, resolving complex incidents, and optimizing platforms such as Microsoft 365, Quickbase, and Smartsheet.

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; remote work with occasional onsite attendance

Salary: $90,900–$101,800 per year

What you will do

  • Own complex application features and modules across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Gather business requirements, create functional specifications, and design workflow and process improvements.
  • Build and administer low-code and no-code solutions using collaboration and productivity platforms.
  • Develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and validate integrations, data flows, and production readiness.
  • Manage ServiceNow queues, break/fix support, access requests, incidents, releases, and user assistance.
  • Provide training and documentation, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of IT experience supporting business or clinical systems applications.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, coordinating UAT, and configuring applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common productivity tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, and Power Apps.
  • Understanding of SDLC, ITIL, integrations, data mapping, and log or trace analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal guidance.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting business or clinical applications in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with Quickbase, Smartsheet, Dropbox, SurveyMonkey, Panopto, or LinkedIn Learning.
