Sr. Analyst, Technical Implementation (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure healthcare revenue cycle technology solutions.
• Manage integrations with existing platforms and coordinate client onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain implementation documentation and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
• Resolve complex issues, monitor post-implementation performance metrics, and recommend enhancements to system functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and configuring technology solutions in a healthcare revenue cycle environment.
• Ability to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, manage integrations, and support testing and deployment.
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization, compliance standards, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.
