Production Manager (Automotive)

Annual salary: $82,000–$143,600, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead associates in achieving production targets and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Coach and develop associates through formal and informal performance observations.
• Support hiring and training to build a high-performing service operations team.
• Monitor key performance measures and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain a strong associate and customer experience.
• Manage the department’s Environmental, Health and Safety program, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• At least five years of management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Ability to lead teams toward production goals and maintain operational standards.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and maintaining accurate data records.
• Strong multitasking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common and proprietary software systems.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in noisy or inclement conditions, with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus occasional travel.
