(USA) Auto Care Center Coach

Location: Warrenton, Missouri, United States; onsite at the Walmart Supercenter

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Lead, train, mentor, and develop associates while setting expectations and providing performance feedback.
• Oversee daily Auto Care Center operations, including staffing, workloads, resources, and priorities.
• Review performance data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure associates deliver effective customer service and resolve customer needs and concerns.
• Coordinate business initiatives with leaders, associates, and key stakeholders across teams.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical expectations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or a related service-industry field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete required training and assessments.
• Firearms-related background checks and training may be required at facilities that sell firearms.
• A state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required at facilities selling only ammunition, depending on state requirements.

Nice to have

• Automotive Certification from Automotive Technical Institute.
• ASE Certification.
• Additional automotive service or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
