Client Services Representative (Indigenous Applicants)

What you will do

• Help clients manage their accounts and financial products.

Requirements

• Applicants should be First Nations, Métis, or Inuit job-seekers.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Client service, interpersonal communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Digital literacy and knowledge of financial products and transaction services.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
