Investment Registered Representative Investly

Location: Hybrid work schedule at 483 Bay Street in Toronto, moving to 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus: $68,000–$85,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Support Investly clients through phone, email, chat, and secure digital messaging.
• Assist with account activation, funding, withdrawals, transfers, account opening, and registered account administration.
• Explain account features, order types, trading functionality, fees, investment products, and platform tools.
• Investigate and resolve trade-related inquiries, settlement questions, and operational exceptions.
• Review client activity, perform KYC updates, and identify and escalate compliance or suspicious-activity concerns.
• Educate investors on platform functionality and advocate for client needs in the evolution of Investly’s digital capabilities.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in brokerage, investing, wealth management, securities operations, or financial services.
• Registered Representative status with CIRO and successful completion of the CSC/CPH.
• Knowledge of Canadian securities markets, order types, trading practices, and the trade lifecycle.
• Experience supporting retail investors in a client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, and non-registered accounts.

Nice to have

• Experience with an online brokerage or self-directed investing platform.
• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Additional designations such as CIM, PFP, or CFP.
