Intern - Solution Consultant

Location: Remote/Homebased in the United States; primary location is Conway, Arkansas

What you will do

• Research client business challenges, identify opportunities, and document high-level business requirements.
• Support the design of enterprise solutions aligned with client objectives and hirify.global's strategic capabilities.
• Assist Solution Consultants with new business and cross-sell opportunities, pipeline development, and revenue enablement.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, solution summaries, meeting materials, and value-proposition messaging.
• Research industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and market insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Strategy, Account Management, Delivery, and Solution Architecture teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Strong academic performance and an expected graduation date within the next 12–24 months preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience creating presentations and business recommendations.
• Interest in consulting, sales engineering, technology, business strategy, or client engagement.
• Experience with team projects or leadership initiatives.
• Familiarity with data, marketing technology, analytics, or digital platforms.
