Sales and Marketing - Intern, Bachelor's (AI)

Location: Hybrid role at assigned hirify.global sites in the United States, with primary location in Santa Clara, California; additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona, Folsom, California, and Hillsboro, Oregon. Not available in Colorado.

Salary: $67,498–$67,502 annual target compensation; hourly role.

What you will do

• Support marketing communications, sales strategy, brand positioning, customer engagement, and business operations.
• Analyze market, customer, campaign, and sales data to identify actionable insights.
• Contribute to programs connecting hirify.global technology solutions with business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with global partners and cross-functional teams.
• Develop communication, business strategy, project management, and data-informed decision-making skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business, economics, finance, communications, journalism, marketing, digital/social, advertising, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 months of relevant educational, industry, project, internship, student organization, or leadership experience.
• Availability to start in spring or summer 2027; year-long internship or co-op interest may also be considered.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based visa or immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience or interest in customer needs analysis, market hirify.globalligence, Power BI or similar data visualization tools, sales enablement, CRM tools, marketing technologies, product knowledge, and emerging technologies such as AI and agentic AI.
• Strong communication, collaboration, project management, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
