Sales And Marketing - Intern, Graduate (AI)

Location: Hybrid work at an assigned hirify.global site in Santa Clara, California; Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom, California; or Hillsboro, Oregon. This position is not available in Colorado.

Annual salary range: $81,098–$81,102 USD.

What you will do

• Support marketing communications, sales strategy, brand positioning, customer engagement, and business operations.
• Analyze market, customer, campaign, and sales data to identify insights.
• Contribute to programs connecting technology solutions with business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with global partners and cross-functional teams.
• Develop communication, business strategy, project management, and data-informed decision-making skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree or PhD program in business, economics, finance, communications, journalism, marketing, digital/social, advertising, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 months of relevant educational, industry, project, internship, student organization, leadership, or comparable experience.
• Availability to start in Spring or Summer 2027, with consideration for year-long internships or co-op opportunities.
• Employment-based visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in customer needs analysis, market hirify.globalligence, Power BI or similar data visualization tools, sales enablement, CRM tools, marketing technologies, product knowledge, and engineering concepts.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and agentic AI.
• Communication, collaboration, project management, analytical thinking, and experience translating insights into measurable outcomes.
