Sales and Marketing Rotation Program (Technical) - College Graduate

Location: Hybrid work at an assigned hirify.global site in Santa Clara, California; Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom, California; Hillsboro, Oregon; or Austin, Texas. This position is not available in Colorado.

What you will do

• Complete three 8-month rotations across sales engineering, technical marketing, solution architecture, and related technical business roles.
• Build knowledge of hirify.global products, technologies, business processes, sales channels, customers, and industry ecosystems.
• Develop technical solutions and influence customer adoption of hirify.global technologies.
• Deliver quarterly objectives and key results while developing leadership, communication, and customer skills.
• Participate in mentoring, cohort support, customized learning, and skill-building opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, artificial hirify.globalligence, machine learning, deep learning, robotics, data analytics, computer engineering, or a related discipline, completed before August 2027.
• At least 6 months of relevant industry or leadership experience.
• At least 6 months of experience with software programming, computer systems, networking, AI/ML, neural networks, deep learning, agent development, or cloud technology.
• Experience in at least two preferred qualification areas and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be available to begin full-time employment in August 2027.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based visa or immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a global environment.
• One year of leadership experience in teams, associations, clubs, athletics, teaching, or leadership programs.
• At least 6 months of sales experience through school, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Volunteer experience demonstrating project-based activities and measurable outcomes.
• Cloud, AI/ML, neural networks, deep learning, agent development, or related technical coursework or experience.
• Master’s degree.
