Talent Development Expert V (Talent Development)

Location: Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California, United States. The role supports US sites and includes approximately 25% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $140,000–$192,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Conceptualize, develop, and facilitate management and organizational development programs for US sites.
• Define and manage complex programs involving business leaders, HR business partners, Talent Development colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Design innovative learning solutions that improve behavior, performance, execution speed, and scale.
• Deliver management and professional development interventions using advanced facilitation skills.
• Apply psychometric tools including Lumina, Hogan, Leadership Versatility Index, and 360-degree assessments to generate development insights.
• Contribute to Talent Management Best Known Methods and support their adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organizational development and/or management development.
• Experience in instructional design focused on management development solutions.
• Strategic and systems thinking, including complex change management.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders across an organization.
• Experience managing Talent Development programs, aligning priorities, defining lead indicators, and tracking outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, diplomacy, consultative, and execution skills in a complex global environment.
