Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel required approximately 2–3 times per month for on-site workshops, pilot kickoffs, and executive presentations.

What you will do

• Run discovery workshops, identify underlying customer constraints, and develop documented value cases.
• Build and configure sandboxes, map hirify.global within customer technology stacks, and answer architecture questions.
• Scope and build integrations with marketplaces, developer portals, and external systems.
• Design and deliver demos, proofs of concept, trials, simulations, and optimizations through customer decisions.
• Own pilot project management, technical implementation, integrations, go-live, and production handoff.
• Share recurring technical gaps with Product and Engineering, contribute small product updates, and create reusable templates, scripts, and reference architectures.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical program or launch management.
• Hands-on experience using Claude to build something with AI tools.
• Experience facilitating structured discovery and workshops with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to script, work with APIs, build sandboxes or integrations, and diagram OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS integrations.
• Ability to build and defend ROI models using customer data and operate with multi-region, multi-channel enterprise merchants.
• Strong communication, builder mindset, and ability to own implementation through stable production handoff.

Nice to have

• Experience running simulations or optimizations and building value models for executive review.
• Experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain.
• Background in value engineering, management consulting, or technical program management.
