Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel to customer sites is typically 20–40%.

What you will do

• Deploy with strategic customers to map security, risk, and compliance workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Gather requirements from practitioners and executives and translate customer processes, data, and decision logic into technical solutions.
• Build AI-native solutions using LLMs, ML models, and modern AI tooling to automate analysis and quantify cyber risk.
• Design and deploy integrations, pipelines, and tools connecting the platform with SIEM, GRC, ticketing, data warehouse, and other customer systems.
• Architect and deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP, rapidly prototype in the field, and harden successful solutions into production-quality software.
• Bridge Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and strategic accounts through renewals and expansions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant customer-facing, forward-deployed, or solutions engineering work.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products or features using LLMs, agentic frameworks, or ML models.
• Working data analysis and data science skills, including risk quantification, benchmarking, and exposure modeling.
• Strong full-stack fluency across backend services, APIs, scripting, data pipelines, REST, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and SIEM connectors.
• Architecture design experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with the ability to fit solutions to existing customer environments.
• Excellent communication, enterprise discovery, independent delivery, and comfort working in ambiguous customer-facing environments.
