Product Marketing Senior Manager (AI)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; flexible remote or hybrid model for this role, to be discussed with the recruiter and hiring manager.

What you will do

• Own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for technical B2B products.
• Build AI-powered workflows and systems for market research, customer insight synthesis, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives for non-technical audiences and different markets.
• Create positioning documents, website and landing page copy, advertising and email content, sales collateral, videos, blog content, and case studies.
• Partner with Product, Revenue, and Marketing on communication strategies, product launches, and end-to-end marketing programs.
• Monitor product and campaign performance, customer feedback, and competitor signals to improve positioning and adoption.

Requirements

• Previous product marketing experience and a track record of successful product and feature launches.
• Experience building AI workflows and systems, not only using AI tools.
• Experience managing global, end-to-end marketing strategies and programs.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, growth, product management, and people enablement practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and sell ideas creatively.
• Advanced English and prior product marketing experience are mandatory.
