Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for Snowflake’s role-based access control and identity and access management platform.
• Define product specifications and user stories for authorization, privilege management, identity governance, and authentication policy enforcement.
• Use AI to create access governance experiences such as privilege recommendations, access intelligence, and anomaly detection.
• Shape identity governance for AI agents, non-human identities, and autonomous workloads.
• Engage enterprise security and IAM customers to understand access-control, compliance, and governance needs.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, legal, and enterprise security teams to launch products and track adoption metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with successful product launches.
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, privilege management, least privilege, identity governance, and authentication policies.
• Technical ability to discuss authorization models, token-based identity, and directory integrations such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Experience launching IAM or access-control products in a cloud or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise IAM compliance requirements, including SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.
• Strong communication, customer empathy, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI identity, non-human identity governance, workload identity, or MCP.
• Experience with AI-driven access intelligence, continuous least-privilege enforcement, or identity threat detection.
• Experience building products for CISOs, VPs of Identity, and enterprise security buyers.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and modern authentication standards such as FIDO2, WebAuthn, and passkeys.
