Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer (Jenkins)

What you will do

• Own and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and scalable deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and AWS.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments for reliable builds across local and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash, as well as Jenkins shared libraries in Groovy.
• Monitor and analyze DORA metrics to identify delivery bottlenecks and improve engineering productivity.
• Advocate for developer productivity by reducing SDLC friction and enabling faster, safer releases.
• Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and cloud infrastructure issues independently.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and maintaining Jenkins infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Docker, AWS, Bash, and Python.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and CI/CD best practices.
• Strong understanding of DORA metrics and methods for measuring and improving delivery performance.
• Advanced knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Availability to work remotely from Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience writing Jenkins pipelines in Groovy.
• Experience with Kubernetes or ECS.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
