GIS Data Scientist (GEOINT)

What you will do

• Analyze and exploit GEOINT and supplementary data using advanced data science methods in a GIS framework.
• Support geospatial intelligence production for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center.
• Develop approaches to address key intelligence questions.
• Design, develop, and deploy dynamic geospatial web applications and tools.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and analysts while managing multiple tasks independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, geography, or another relevant STEM field.
• Substantial familiarity with ArcGIS software.
• Strong analytical, inference, critical-thinking, creative problem-solving, technical writing, and briefing skills.
• Experience developing and deploying dynamic geospatial web applications and tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, or Survey123.
• Python coding or scripting experience and familiarity with data science and visualization tools.
• Background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, GEOINT, remote sensing datasets, or the Intelligence Community.
• Master’s or doctoral degree.
