TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure/DevSecOps): Building and maintaining code-managed Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container-first cloud platforms with an accent on Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitOps, and security compliance. Focus on automating legacy application delivery, managing production releases, monitoring environments, and enforcing NIST-aligned application and infrastructure security.
Location: Remote within Romania; listed location: Bucharest

What you will do
- Design and maintain reusable Terraform modules for provisioning Azure cloud resources.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Automate operational tasks, security checks, compliance reporting, testing, and legacy application delivery.
- Oversee builds and releases across non-production and production environments, including production support and corrective actions.
- Monitor development, QA, and performance environments and perform maintenance and remediation.
- Establish source-code management frameworks, proof-of-concept environments, deployment artifacts, and process documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus 7+ years of software development or systems engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in DevOps, CI/CD, automation, build, and delivery operations.
- Extensive experience with PowerShell, Batch, Shell, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, and cloud delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD automation, application security, test automation, and environment management.
- Experience with relevant technologies including .NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, CSS, Java, C#, XML, REST, SQL/NoSQL, Angular, Node.js, and Redis.
- Must be located within Romania for this remote position.

- Experience automating builds and releases for InRule Rules Engine, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, and Microsoft Power BI.
