Senior Software Engineer (Azure)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work with the option to work from home two days per week and work from the office

What you will do

• Lead development of digital products on the Xcelerate One Compose Platform for warehousing, manufacturing, and transportation.
• Own technical design through production release and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and external resources.
• Lead development teams and own Sprint Backlogs.
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Improve DevOps processes and collaboration between development and operations to accelerate value delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Python or C#.
• Familiarity with Azure technologies, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Scrum, DevOps, Agile software development, GitHub or other source code repositories, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines.
• Experience with test-driven development and delivering solutions as part of an Agile team.
• Ability to understand business problems, design technical solutions, and guide and coach other developers.

• Experience in product supply or manufacturing.
