TPA Casualty Transportation Adjuster - Bilingual (Transportation Claims)

Location: Remote, Texas, United States; fully remote

Salary: $75,000–$88,000 per year

What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial transportation-related claims.
• Manage moderate-complexity bodily injury and commercial liability claims.
• Conduct coverage analysis and make claim strategy decisions.
• Handle attorney-represented files and moderate litigation activity.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant claim resolutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish required.
• Claims adjusting licenses as required by the applicable jurisdiction, or the ability to obtain them.
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices, negotiation, analysis, and communication.
• Experience with bodily injury, commercial general liability, or transportation-related claims.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and use claims management systems and related technology.

Nice to have

• Trucking claims experience, including DOT regulations and federal compliance.
• Experience with high-exposure or litigated claims.
• Familiarity with cargo, environmental, or multi-party liability claims.
• Multi-state claims handling experience.
