Outside Property Claim Associate (Insurance)

Location: Prescott, Arizona; candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate at their own expense to the assigned territory. The role is based remotely with mobile work from a primary residence or the nearest hirify.global office, plus inspections at residential and commercial properties. Catastrophe deployments to other states may be required.

Salary: $52,600–$86,800 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Complete a 9–12-month training program covering insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures.
• Review, investigate, document, and evaluate first-party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
• Interpret policy coverage and establish damage scopes for building and contents losses using written or computer-assisted estimates.
• Communicate professionally with customers, claimants, and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate claim records.
• Participate in catastrophe response deployments and inspect structures, including roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus one year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree and previous customer service or insurance experience are preferred.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an adjuster or other required insurance license within the applicable timeframe.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn claims management and estimating software.
• Ability to perform physically demanding inspections, including carrying and setting up a 38–49-pound ladder, walking on roofs, and entering tight spaces.

• Willingness to obtain a UAS Remote Pilot Certification if required.
