Senior Project Manager/Structural Engineer (Structural Engineering)

What you will do

• Execute structural engineering tasks and develop structural drawings, Revit models, and technical reports.
• Apply building codes and interpret material design standards.
• Monitor production schedules and review work for accuracy and completeness.
• Support construction administration through submittal reviews and responses to field questions.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project team members through meetings and technical discussions.
• Contribute to project budgets, fees, client relationships, and business development awareness.

Requirements

• 15+ years of industry experience.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership ability and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in developing technical, production, and managerial skills.
• Strong interest in sustainability in the construction industry.
