Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Automotive)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Must be able to report to the local office.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using modern front-end, back-end, and cloud technologies.
• Build robust system infrastructure and database solutions while evaluating architectural trade-offs.
• Write clean, efficient, unit-tested, and documented client-side and server-side code.
• Implement and maintain APIs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliver software solutions.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and code quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a related role.
• Five years of experience with Node.js, Python, Java, HTTP APIs, REST or GraphQL, PostgreSQL or DynamoDB, Redis, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, observability tools, microservices, RESTful API design, and Agile methodologies.
• Three years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React Native, containerization, and Kubernetes.
