Location: Chicago or Peoria, Illinois; limited opportunities in Irving, Texas, United States. Relocation may be available depending on qualifications. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $89,210–$144,960 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions for digital platforms, customer experiences, dealer ecosystems, and enterprise operations.
• Build and maintain enterprise microservices, APIs, mobile applications, web applications, and cloud systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies through proofs of technology and proofs of concept, and document implementation patterns.
• Develop Python data pipelines and investigate and resolve software defects through code and data-modification scripts.
• Use .NET, Microsoft Fabric, SageMaker notebooks, and generative AI tools to develop and improve software solutions.
• Contribute to user interface and experience design through wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and production-level designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; selected candidates must complete the degree by the start date.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, academic projects, research, hackathons, student organizations, and coursework are valued.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, without rounding.
• Knowledge of software development, SDLC, integration engineering, product architecture, testing, and technical product design.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work from the listed United States locations; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Spring Boot, React, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, or generative AI.
• Internship or academic project experience in software engineering.
