Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Lead customer data migrations from previous software platforms using manual file work and automated tools.
• Process an average of 40 or more import tickets per day.
• Clean, reformat, validate, and organize client records, gift cards, products, and marketing lists.
• Monitor automated import jobs, investigate stalled runs and error alerts, and coordinate fixes and new platform support with engineering.
• Own quality assurance for every import ticket and promptly flag unexpected issues.
• Coordinate with Onboarding Managers, Account Executives, and Support to align imports with customer needs and maintain consistent documentation.

Requirements

• Experience migrating complex customer data between software platforms, preferably in onboarding or implementation.
• Ability to clean messy spreadsheets and identify discrepancies in inconsistent data.
• Exceptional attention to detail, since errors can directly affect customer operations and trust.
• Clear, proactive communication and the ability to document processes for knowledge sharing.
• Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tickets against defined deadlines.
• Careful handling of sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with migrations in CRM, ERP, accounting, payroll/HRIS, healthcare, POS, vertical SaaS, property management, or e-commerce.
