Location: ATL2 - Atlanta, GA - 4950 Mason Road; onsite distribution center role with overnight shift timing to be confirmed

What you will do
- Lead and develop warehouse associates and operations leads to achieve daily operational goals.
- Execute inventory accuracy processes, including warehouse bin accuracy and inventory shrink control.
- Use WMS, the Order Management System, workload planning tools, and material handling equipment to fulfill scheduled orders.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational variances while maintaining quality standards across multiple functions.
- Resolve operational and personnel issues in collaboration with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other operations leaders.
- Implement process improvements and mechanisms that increase workload efficiency.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience with WMS or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
- Previous leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, interpersonal, and basic data-entry skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, recognize important details, work independently, and operate under pressure.
- Ability to use relevant material handling equipment, including forklifts, and transport up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a distribution center with varying heights and temperatures, moderate noise, and occasional overtime, evenings, weekends, or other non-standard hours.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree or advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methods.
