Project Manager - Software Solutions Implementation

Location: Hybrid position in Bogotá, Colombia, at hirify.global's facilities in Torre Krystal, Usaquén

What you will do

• Manage software implementation projects or programs end to end, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closing.
• Define project scope, tasks, plans, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and resource requirements.
• Lead project teams, manage scope changes, motivate team members, and provide performance feedback.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining communication and trusted client relationships.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues, create mitigation plans, escalate blockers, and report project status.
• Manage revenue forecasts, assess delivery quality and efficiency, and contribute to project management methodology improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of current, proven experience as a project manager leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment.
• Experience with international clients and with consulting, software, or similar organizations delivering solutions to external customers.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex, dynamic, large, and simultaneous IT and software delivery projects.
• Experience with customer relationship management, business and technical issues, revenue forecasting, and budget management.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering or a related field; proficient English communication skills required.
